The Lone Star House
The Lone Star House is located in the historic Judge's Hill/West University area of Austin, Texas, just a few blocks from The University of Texas campus.  Convenient to downtown, the University, and most Austin hot spots including live music venues, local shops and restaurants, and icons of Austin's rich history, our property is perfect for anyone visiting the Live Music Capital of the World!

 The Lone Star House has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, a living/dining area, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. The house is on a private corner of the owner's second home property.  It is distanced enough that guests can enjoy quite a bit of privacy here.  The views are of the pool, the woods behind the house, and the driveway, not neighboring houses.

The Lone Star House is currently available for the UIL & NCAA Tournaments, SXSW Festival , ACL Music Festival , UT football games, and all other dates. Check our calendar for availability.

 The property features a large swimming pool with a heated spa and a spacious deck for entertaining.  There is also valuable off-street parking and several yards for pets, kids, or fun.
